The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product.
For domestic customers, we have existing inventory for immediate shipping. If not in stock, it takes two weeks to arrange. For international customers, it takes three weeks to a month.

If you receive fewer items than expected, first check other packages for any assembled goods. If not found, we will arrange for a reshipment.
